Client Background: Belgium MNC- one of the largest health service organizations with 60 million customer relationships across the world and support this with a worldwide staff of 30,000 employees.

Location: KL

Headcount: 5 headcounts

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on website as well as other relevant posting websites.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.
  • Coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
  • Participate in career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to.
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years full cycle recruitment experience also preferred.
  • Knowledge of full spectrum HR would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of hiring criteria related to insurance industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English- verbal and written.
  • Knowledge in using Workday system would be a plus.
  • Competency in Microsoft office (words, power point, excel) and general office administrative skills.
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
