We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Specialist (Asia Pacific), reporting directly to Tax head to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.About the Job\xc2\xb7 Manages tax related issues of various entities within a Region\xc2\xb7 Projects Tax planning \xc2\xb7 Advises project teams and legal entities on all taxation issues.\xc2\xb7 Manages Tax compliance of various entities within a Region\xc2\xb7 Manages tax audits of entities within a Region\xc2\xb7 Attend Clients/Subcontractors/JV partners meetingsMain Accountabilities\xc2\xb7 Projects Tax Planning ( analysis and resolution of tax issues impacting the company\'s business)\xc2\xb7 Attend clients negotiations meetings (contractual qualifications)\xc2\xb7 Manage the Group Reporting to comply with IFRS for various entities within a Region.\xc2\xb7 Review the tax position and tax compliance of the branches, subsidiaries and JVs\xc2\xb7 Manage the tax audits process: Coordinates, facilitates and resolves tax audits\xc2\xb7 Review Local or countries within a Region the Transfer Pricing Report\xc2\xb7 Propose Tax optimisation and assess tax implications for projects\xc2\xb7 Implementation and follow up on tax issues at project execution stage.\xc2\xb7 Serves as principal contact with local tax authoritiesAbout YouWe\'d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years experience\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledges of international taxation, direct and indirect taxes and tax accountingWhat\'s next?Starting Date: ImmediateOnce receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check and a review is further carried by hiring manager.
