SENIOR TECHNICIAN (PHONE & LAPTOP REPAIR)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops (hardware & software). Perform component replacements such as screen, battery, motherboard, and charging port. Supervise junior technicians and ensure all repairs meet company quality standards. Maintain job records, update repair logs, and manage spare parts inventory. Provide professional technical advice and support to customers.

Requirement

Min SPM, Diploma Certificate or related field experience. Have experience working with document imaging equipment and maintenance will be an added advantage Strong sense of responsibility and good team player Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills Possess own transport and have valid driver's license; B2, D Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for onsite maintenance and support. Can speak, write in Bahasa Malaysia & English Good knowledge in testing, repairing, maintenance, and inspection of smartphones/android Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes and critical thinkers
