Key responsibilities:

• Integration of our delivery frameworks: During the phases of requirements analysis, design, development, and testing, make sure the resilience deliverable is met and that best practises are observed.
• Participate in conversations about architecture and make sure that solutions adhere to requirements. Participate in this discussion and moderate any suggestions or choices.
• Perform status reporting, escalations, and stakeholder communication under communication management.
• Ensure that the Bank's protocols for security, resilience, quality, and production readiness are being followed.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Strong command of Windows PowerShell scripting and Exchange preference for experience.
• For the design, development, and testing of complex systems, you need strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Working familiarity with the platform-specific Remote Tools and TSOM & SCOM monitoring tools.
• 5+ years of management expertise in mid-to-large Microsoft systems with a focus on Windows server and Active Directory.
