Job Title: SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

The candidate support these accounts must be familiar with technology and products used by various customers and must poses following.

• 3 to 5 years of strong technical background and good knowledge of Tooling products (BMC BHOM / BMC TrueSight Operations Management & TSCO Capacity Optimization).
• Must have confident for migration from BMC TSOM & BMC TSCO to BHOM.
• Additional knowledge in Microsoft SCOM, Nagios, Netgain, CA and other enterprise / open source tools available in market is plus point.
• Support system monitoring Infrastructure and ensure all supported servers with monitoring agents installed and configured properly.
• Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis and provide RCA and improvements.
• Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations.
• To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.
• Must be able to provide knowledge transfer to operation team.
• To resolve all midrange system incidents and issue within agreed timeline.
• To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improving the production batch window.
• Good in scripting and have good knowledge of Windows / Unix scripting.
• Should be able to automate the manual tasks and improve the service experience we are providing to our clients.
• Should have good knowledge of PaaS, DaaS, SaaS, IaaS, Cloud, Storage, Mainframe and Network monitoring through BMC / Spectrum and other monitoring tools.
• Good knowledge of building dashboards using eMite and other end-to-end holistic dashboard building tools for real-time and predictive monitoring.
• Support BMC TrueSight Automation and Monitoring Support
• Support TSCO Capacity Optimization Product
