Seeking an experienced and visionary individual with a strong background in software development, technology management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in our tech stack, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, IoT, and emerging technologies. This role involves developing strategic technology plans, leading our tech team, driving innovation, and establishing a structured and organized technology environment in a dynamic, growth-oriented company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale the tech team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment. Implement and enforce structured development processes, including thorough documentation and streamlined workflows, to enhance efficiency and clarity within the tech department. Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Manage server administration and DevOps, with a focus on optimizing for scalability and reliability. Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business goals. Guide the team in managing and integrating cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring efficient migration and infrastructure management. Oversee the integration of IoT in agricultural technology and automation, including device connectivity, system architecture, data collection, and hardware-software interfacing. Lead initiatives in AI/ML and computer vision, especially for agriculture and plant health monitoring, while staying abreast of emerging technologies. Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, image processing, and data-driven decision-making in an agricultural context. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with Agile methodologies and are delivered on time. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in software development and technology management. Proven track record in leading tech teams in dynamic environments. Strong knowledge of Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB, or similar stacks. Strong knowledge of IoT. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and server administration. Proficiency in AI/ML, with a focus on applications in agriculture. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. Adaptability and innovation mindset, with a passion for staying updated on technology trends.
