Job Description


Work Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur Responsibility:

  • To perform service/repair of Dyson products.
  • To be acting as 2nd person in-charge of reference, to perform exchange allocation when required.
  • To manage faulty unit/DOA/return units on timely basis.
  • To communicate with customers as part of service requirement - main focus to serve customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
  • To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports.
  • To meet KPIs set up.
  • To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
  • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor\'s Degre/Diploma in Business Management/Technical or similar practical experience.
  • Good leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
