To be acting as 2nd person in-charge of reference, to perform exchange allocation when required.
To manage faulty unit/DOA/return units on timely basis.
To communicate with customers as part of service requirement - main focus to serve customer at front desk and at the same time able to do repair work.
To perform daily activities as per established process and procedures.
Produce timely and detailed reports.
To meet KPIs set up.
To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.
Requirement:
Bachelor\'s Degre/Diploma in Business Management/Technical or similar practical experience.
Good leadership skills.
