Senior Test Analyst

• Define and coordinate automation test project development and deployment
• Collect and consolidate automation test requirements from internal and external, construct project planning
• Document generic automation strategy and process on UI/API/DB/Mobile application if required
• Participate in formalize coding standards, processes, and best practices for test automation
• Participate in evaluate, select and formulate automation adoption with evolution mind-set
• Adapt to new framework, programming languages and tools in multi-tier apps & environments setup
• Provide guidance and expertise to team members
• Facilitate automation suites release in CI/CD environment

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Good project experience in automation test / application development
• Possess a track record of successfully participation on project rollout with factor of schedule and sustainable quality standards
• Excellent technical communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external team and contribute with solutions
• Strong QA / project development background with experience in creating automation test plans, reviews, write & execute test cases, test scripts and publish testing results/dashboards
• Technical expertise in mobile/web/API/DB automation test framework and tools
• Proven experience in building and using automation test approach for in-Sprint & agile automation

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Proven experience in defining test automation framework, strategy, short/long term automation test strategy, bringing in best practices
• Should be a solution provider with a wider thought process in open source utilization, virtual service and performance testing
• Knowledge on ecosystem architecture
• Knowledge in Cloud solutions and engineering best-practices for CI/ CD & DevOps
• Knowledge on industry latest testing tools, trends & technology
