Job Title:

Senior Technical Analyst / Test Lead (CLMS Enhancement - Banking Domain)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Delivery

Assist in the

implementation of CLMS Enhancements

for the Regional Corporate Model 2.0 project, including

requirement specification

,

system evaluation

,

interface mapping

,

installation

,

customization

,

testing

,

conversion

, and

migration

activities. Perform

application impact analysis

and ensure smooth execution of

business change requests

. Coordinate with

Business Units (BU)

and

Group Technology (GT)

teams, including

Test Managers

and

Project Managers

, to ensure project milestones are achieved. Participate in

post-live support

, addressing and resolving issues identified after system deployment.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Provide

first-line testing support

during project delivery and assist in

test planning

,

test script preparation and review

, and

test data setup

. Conduct

quality assurance (QA)

on all application systems prior to UAT commencement. Support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

by guiding users on

test objectives

,

test script design

, and

execution planning

. Evaluate and assess the impact of

new releases, patches, or version upgrades

on existing testing activities. Assist in

performance testing

and

Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)

coordination. Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of

application or technical issues

, including escalation and follow-up with vendors or internal teams.

System Maintenance & Support

Ensure all applications are running

smoothly

, adhering to

company policies, standards, and SLAs

. Provide

post-live support

for CLMS enhancements and ensure issues are logged, tracked, and resolved effectively.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in IT

or related field. Minimum

6-7 years of working experience

in

application support, testing, or system delivery

roles. Strong technical skills in:

Java

,

WebLogic

,

Linux

, and

Oracle Database

. Experience using

HPALM (HP Application Lifecycle Management)

for test management. Good understanding of

banking systems and project delivery processes

(experience in the

banking domain

is an advantage). Excellent

analytical, troubleshooting

, and

communication

skills. Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred / Good to Have

Prior experience in

system enhancement

or

migration projects

within the

financial services

or

corporate banking

domain. Exposure to

performance testing

,

security testing (VAPT)

, and

UAT coordination

. Experience collaborating with

regional stakeholders

and

vendor management

for project execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Experience:

CLMS Enhancement - Regional Corporate Model 2.0: 2 years (Preferred) application support, testing, or system delivery: 2 years (Preferred) Java, WebLogic, Linux, and Oracle Database: 2 years (Preferred) HPALM (HP Application Lifecycle Management): 2 years (Preferred) banking systems and project delivery processes: 2 years (Preferred) performance testing, security testing (VAPT): 2 years (Preferred)
