Description:Design Test Scenarios / Cases.Differentiate Test Cases across, High, Medium and Low complexities for future use.Take ownership of assigned tasks and expected to deliver the same with minimal supervision.Manage functional testing on moderate to complex projects. Ensure all the project agreeddeliverable are completed to the required level of quality and promotes team engagement and motivation.Provides input on the test plan and estimates.Review business requirements and systems designs for testability.Participate with business analysts in acceptance testing with business representatives.Working with the developers for defect correction and participate in defects review meetings with developers and business users.Communicate risks, defects and coverage reports to development teams.RequirementsAt least 4- 6 years of working experience with software quality assurance.Strong understanding in complete STLC process.Expert in testing concepts, tools, and methodology.Should be able to deliver tasks and mentor team members (as required).Experienced in organizing and driving Defect Triage calls with all stake holders.Hands-on experience in end-to-end test activities including test strategies, test planning, estimation and test execution.Strong analytical and communication skills.Knowledge insurance workflow processes preferred.Experience working with Agile methodology preferred.Experience with test management tools (JIRA & Zephyr) preferred.Good understanding with automation test tools such as Selenium preferred.Interested applicants are welcome to apply online or simply email your resume to .
