Job Description

• Partner with key IT/Technology Services and business communities to assist with test case development and

ensure effective use of methodologies and communicate test strategies, test results and performance

• Management of test planning, test scheduling, end-to-end testing, date-shifting coordination and expertise in

UAT testing and supporting end user testing

• Participation in defect management including monitoring and reporting on defect status and resolution
• Metrics compilation and reporting
• Development and documentation of processes and staffing requirements for defect triage/business analysis
• Manage team to continuously improve testing methods, processes, techniques and use of manual testing tools
