Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Senior Test & Development Engineer
to lead the design, development, and maintenance ofnext-generation testing frameworks
and related components. This role involves hands-on software development, integration of hardware and equipment drivers, and ensuring system reliability to support high-quality production testing.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
test software
for transceiver modules. DevelopObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)
-based test frameworks usingVB.NET
or similar languages. Createtest algorithms, instrument drivers
, and documentation for test methodologies. Implement hardware and equipment drivers for new testing frameworks. Drive thedevelopment, optimization, and deployment
of automated test systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product testing, validation, and new product introduction. Ensure system compliance with company standards, reliability, and performance expectations. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and troubleshooting support to junior engineers.Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering. Minimum5 years of relevant experience
in test software development, automation, or related fields. Proficient inVB.NET
andObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)
principles. Solid understanding ofbasic electronics
and test equipment operation. Experience working inmultinational manufacturing environments (MNC)
is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Able to workindependently
and deliver results under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
