Senior Test Engineer

Job Description
- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for mass production
- Support production in wafer sort and package test, aggressive test time reduction (TTR), test yield improvement, customer return analysis and quality conformance
- Lead and assist other team members to resolve technical issues, perform site to site correlation, implement new test strategies, test plans and automations
- Minimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering, or other equivalent field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience i
- Familiar with Advantest 93K PS1600 tester platform and programming skills
- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl
