Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities
Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for mass production
Support production in wafer sort and package test, aggressive test time reduction (TTR), test yield improvement, customer return analysis and quality conformance
Lead and assist other team members to resolve technical issues, perform site to site correlation, implement new test strategies, test plans and automations
Basic Requirements
Minimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering, or other equivalent field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience i
Familiar with Advantest 93K PS1600 tester platform and programming skills
Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl
