Job Description
MohonKelayakan
- Bachelor\'s Degree, diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in town planning or urban development.
- Strong understanding of construction projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel etc).AutoCAD skills will be advantage.
- Ability to analyze maps and create graphics.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated.
- Develop concept plans, layouts, and presentation materials for official submissions.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction projects.
- Prepare Planning Evaluation Reports and supporting documents.
- Attend meetings and briefings, report progress to superiors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to approved plans.
- Keep abreast of changes in town planning regulations and communicate updates to the construction team as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet milestones.
