Job Description


1. Posses Degree in town/regional/urban planning
2. Male/Female
3. Required Language(s) at least Bahasa Malaysia & English
4. Knowledge and skills in AutoCad is a must
5. Fast learners & Independent
6. Full time position available
7. Have own transport
8. Able to work outside & under pressure.
9. Able to work under minimal supervision
10. Have 3-5 years experience working

  • Competent and able to attend client meetings and coordinate with other consultants.
  • Capable of creating a good working environment, smart thinking, good motivation and interpersonal skills
  • Confer with clients & authority to understand a project
  • Must be able to work independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately and possess own transportation for traveling.
  • Good communication and writing skills (Both Bahasa Malaysia and English)

Our team members have extensive experience and knowledge in planning and landscape architecture that enable us to visualize in a three-dimensional manner. SAM Planners Sdn. Bhd. was registered with Malaysian Institute Of Planners, Malaysia Board Of Town Planners, Malaysia and also with Ministry Of Finance, Malaysia. SAM Planners Sdn. Bhd. offers a full service of planning, environmental and landscape design that includes; physical planning i.e. Master Concept Plan, Detailed Planning, Urban Design, park design and residential landscape design. We also offer services of CAD for computer drawing and mapping. SAM Planners Sdn. Bhd. commitment is to meet the project and client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and at the same time creating a creative design that is sensitive to the built and natural environment.
