-Develop, organize, and carry out channel-specific marketing strategies for the Key Account and the assigned retailers.

-Develop and carry out trade and channel activities to achieve brand and sales goals.

-Responsible for developing promotional activities, executing promotional campaigns connected to trade marketing, gathering external market intelligence, and doing in-depth analyses of promotions and campaigns.

-Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement campaigns and conduct market research.

-To evaluate and forecast trends over time and offer pricing strategies, monitor and implement price surveys on a small group of rival brands.

-Consolidate internal price control programme and manage key account pricing alignment.

-Determine sales gaps and collaborate with the relevant Key Account Executive or Manager to suggest ways to close them and to make maximum use of each accounts potential.

-Collaborate closely with the PNL department to maintain a profit margin and business budget.

-Coordinate operation for nationwide marketing and promotion with the marketing department.

-Any additional tasks that the management assigns.
Requirements

-At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Professional Degree in Marketing/ Business Development or any relevant field.

-Minimum 3-4 years working experience in product development and trade marketing preferably in Health or FMCG industries.

-Outgoing personality with great communication and presentation skills.

-Possesses good leadership qualities and is capable of motivating the team.

-Mature, well organized, and able to perform under pressure.

-Responsible for the execution and monitoring of campaigns.

-Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.
