: Manage banking and treasury related matters for Shopee related entities in Malaysia. Manage daily bank balances by managing/supporting cash flow forecasts, monitoring bank balances and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Prepare monthly treasury reports and adhere to the submission timelines Responsible for interbank/intercompany transfers and loans and documentation as and when required Prepare documentations for treasury related matters, such as new bank account opening and closing, managing signatories, bank guarantees and other trade facilities, and liaising with legal and HQ Treasury team to complete the related documentations Monitor and execute trades for foreign exchange transactions Assess cash flow position and perform placement of time deposit or other similar low-risk products with the excess funds. Liaise and work closely with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external on treasury related matters Support the implementation/enhancement, and participate in the testing of treasury and banking related systems (e.g. online banking portal) Drive down financial transaction costs and optimize interest earnings. Ensure adherence to Group Finance and Treasury policies, internal controls and requirements from external regulators (e.g. BNM) on treasury related matters Assist in information gathering and liaise with related stakeholders for external and internal audits on banking/treasury related matters, such as annual bank confirmations, quarterly bank guarantee statements Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by superior Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional qualification in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Treasury or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational and analytical role in auditing / accounting / treasury (of which at least 2 years treasury related experiences, preferably with an MNC) High motivation, good sense of responsibility and team work, self-discipline Attention to details, ability to achieve and maintain a high standard of reporting accuracy Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent interpersonal skills
