Senior UI/UX Designer (Banking)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Conduct user research and continuously evaluate user feedback to optimize the user experience.
• Create effective communication tools such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to convey interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and UI mockups for web and mobile applications, with a focus on color palettes and animations.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across projects.
• Design and implement engaging animations and transitions to enhance the user experience and optimize app performance.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to create cutting-edge designs.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor\'s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in color palettes, animations, and app development.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), or equivalent.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience in creating and implementing animations and motion graphics for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
