Senior UX Specialist who will innovate healthcare

We are the IT centre for Roche - a company in top 10 biggest R&D spenders worldwide.

We need Senior UX Specialist who has:

bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Data Science, Behavior Science, Market Research, or related discipline;

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or/and UX Researcher (ideally both);

excellent communication skills to lead complex discussions, research sessions and workshops (Design Thinking and others), and present feedback.

good understanding of UX and UI design standards and trends

critical thinking and problem-solving skills

provide guidance in user needs-based design, design research, design thinking, and service design to senior stakeholders and product owners.

ensure design consistency and integrity across products and projects.

drive innovation and affect change to enable our clients to provide outstanding service experiences.

communicate credibly with a wide range of digital delivery disciplines and talent both internally and externally.

very good consultancy and communication skills, self-organized, great interpersonal

fluency in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients),
