Train and mentor junior staff on service skills, restaurant procedures, and safety standards.
Coordinate the team's activities, assign tasks, and manage shift duties.
Act as a point of contact for the team to resolve issues and ensure efficient service.

Customer service
Greet guests, present menus, and take orders, while also providing recommendations and upselling items.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
Provide extra attention to VIP guests or regulars.
Process payments and manage billing details.

Operational duties
Manage table assignments and seating arrangements to optimize the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for service.
Oversee adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling standards
