Description

Primary Objective:

  • To achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targets
  • To promote and professionally sell a range of wealth and banca products to existing and potential customers
  • To maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationship and deepen share of customers\xe2\x80\x99 wallet
  • To drive NTB/NTW wealth customer acquisition and customer experience to broaden the wealth customer base
  • Participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables
  • Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plan, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referrals
  • To manage and service premier portfolio /G0

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Activities
  • Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank\xe2\x80\x99s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads
  • Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
  • Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 PHR and revenue
  • Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers

Sales Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
  • Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
  • Compliance to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Staff Management
  • Coaching other Personal Wealth Bankers for peak performance
  • As a mentor to provide guidance and consultation to other Personal Wealth Bankers
Note : Senior Wealth Banker is with Premier Portfolio/G0 and ranking as S4



Requirements
Bachelor Degree - .

  • Professional Banking Certification

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years sales experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIs
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience in guiding juniors
  • Have relevant licenses required for the portfolio
  • Sales and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
  • Possess with CUTE & Banca License
  • To enroll for IPPC exam
