Job Description

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experiences in pre-fabrication, installation and welding for piping and structure
• At least 3 years of working experiences as supervisor level for the piping and structure fabrications
• At least 3 years of working experiences as the welder of stainless and carbon steel pipes in the recent 5 years
• At least 3 years of working experiences at the offshore operations in the recent 5 years
• Certified welder from the International or Malaysia or Thailand Welding institute for category of carbon steel and stainless steel piping and structure
• At least 3 years of working experiences involve with American Welding Society (AWS), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) in the recent 5 years
• At least 3) year of supervising experiences for minor fabrication jobs
• BOSIET certified

Scope of Work:

• Perform welding as per standard and requirement of Company
• Follow Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Company\xe2\x80\x99s welding standard
• Provide professional advisory and design on any welding repair or minor fabrication job
• Ensure workmanship and job quality by applying Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
• Perform minor fabrication as per request
• Prepare Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pre-fabrication, Installation and Welding: 5 years (Required)
• Working as supervisor for piping and structure fabrications: 3 years (Required)
• Working as welder of stainless and carbon steel pipes: 3 years (Required)
• Working at offshore operations: 3 years (Required)
• Working with AWS, WPS, PQR: 3 years (Required)
• Supervising for minor fabrication jobs: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BOSIET certified (Required)
• Certified welder from recognize institute (Required)
