Job Description

:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workato Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using the Workato iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system integration, API development, and automation of business processes across enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and others.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage complex integration recipes and workflows on the Workato platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, DevOps) to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build custom connectors and manage real-time and batch integrations across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and performance tuning in integration flows.
• Lead technical design sessions, provide guidance to junior developers, and enforce Workato best practices.
• Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Work closely with security and governance teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes using DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration. 2+ years of hands-on Workato development experience, including building recipes, connectors, and managing workspace components.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Proficiency in data transformation, conditional logic, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integration of SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
• Familiarity with authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API Key).
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting (JavaScript, Python), and version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
