Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or scientific discipline. Know-how and experience in semiconductor back-end vision inspection processes. (Post Probing, Post Dicing and Post Wirebond Inspections) Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese language and liaison with customer, supplier and people at different levels at work. Analytical and good technical report writing skills. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
