Senior/assistant Plantation Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibility Reporting to the Managing Director / GM, the Plantation Manager will be overseeing all field operation activities for oil palm and fertigation. Support Plantation Manager and planning of estate operation. Assisting the Manager in maintaining smooth administration in line with company procedures. Reporting to superior over non-compliances and reporting any relevant matters and issues. Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of MSPO. Assist in preparing monthly progress reports, monthly payment summary, and other reports required by management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Agriculture/Plantation Management or equivalent. Minimum 10 years work experience in Management position in theoil palm plantation. Applicants must be willing to be based in Pahang. Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and verbal communications in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent health condition. Must be able to walk long distances within the estate. Possess a high level of independently with good leadership qualities, integrity, self-motivation. Job Benifits Confirmation increment
