Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Senior/Engineer (Lamination & Laser Drilling) Your Responsibilities In charge of lamination and laser drilling process in the metallization engineering department Work for project management, tools installation and qualification Coordinate the lamination process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE) and evaluation procedures Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap Focus on executing of process and recovery of root cause during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness To align off time with colleagues and superior To attend meetings and conference calls with customers and suppliers To attend meetings and conference calls with top management To attend meetings with at&s internal members blocking of processes, machines and lots Managing the coordinate work with other departments related to machine supplier or material supplier Review and coordinate the cost reduction and cost cutting Involve with development of qualification plans, doe plans and procedures, evaluation procedures etc Coodination of excursion management and follow up Lead cost cutting / cost reduction projects lead improvement projects and yield improvement Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, Yield monitoring and Low Yield Analyses Equipment control by limit the use of Equipment. (e.g. conditional release or blocking of Equipment) Resource management with material and resources planning during Qualification as well as for High Volume Manufacturing (Consumption per Panel, etc.) Manage the QMS management; Process relevant QMS Documents like Process instruction, Organized Reaction Plan, Checklists etc Perform internal role-specific Line Audits Readiness for Business trips, Supplier Visits, Customer Visit, domestic as well as abroad Readiness for work on overtime and even in nighttime in urgent cases and emergencies as per superiors demand Readiness for work on Weekends in urgent cases and emergencies as per superiors demand Readiness for work on Weekends to cover weekend duty arrangement from Engineering as per Duty plan Releasing of blocked Processes (Input Parameter, PCS) Releasing of Engineering Lots, DoE Lots and Special lots like skewed IWV Lots etc..
