Description :

1. Design Interpretation and Planning:
-Interpret and understand furniture design blueprints and sketches, ensuring accurate measurements, materials, and production techniques.

2. Collaborate closely with designers and clients to discuss design possibilities, material selections, and project requirements.

3. Craftsmanship and Production:
-Lead the production of high-quality furniture pieces, utilizing advanced woodworking techniques to cut, shape, join, carve, and assemble materials.
-Oversee the crafting of furniture components and the assembly of final pieces, maintaining precision and excellence in every step.

4. Material Selection and Procurement:
-Select appropriate materials, including wood, metal, upholstery, and finishing components, considering design specifications and desired outcomes.
-Manage material procurement, sourcing, and inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery of required materials.

5. Team Leadership and Training:
-Supervise a team of craftsmen, providing guidance, mentoring, and hands-on training to enhance skills and ensure quality craftsmanship.
-Allocate tasks, manage work schedules, and monitor progress to meet production goals and deadlines.

6. Quality Assurance and Finishing:
-Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure each furniture piece meets or exceeds established quality standards.
-Oversee the finishing process, including staining, varnishing, painting, or polishing, to achieve the desired appearance and durability.

7. Customization and Collaboration:
-Work closely with clients on custom furniture orders, offering expertise in design modifications, material recommendations, and overall customization.
-Collaborate with designers and clients to bring unique and specialized furniture projects to life.

8. Safety and Compliance:
-Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members, adhering to health and safety regulations.
