We are looking for talented SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and reporting to the Head of Digital Growth & Technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and enhancing the overall digital presence of our websites and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include
On-Page Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures to boost visibility on search engines.
Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data to enhance SERP appearance.
Off-Page Optimization:
Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
Monitor backlinks and ensure a healthy link profile.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with content writers to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Provide guidelines for blog posts, landing pages, and other web content that aligns with SEO best practices.
Audit existing content to improve rankings and engagement.
Technical SEO:
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and other performance factors critical for SEO success.
Implement SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMRush to track performance.
Local SEO:
Enhance the visibility of language websites in local search results (e.g., Google My Business, local citations).
Conduct audits to ensure consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information across directories.
SEO Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using key metrics such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on the data.

Consistently improve search engine rankings for high-priority keywords across key markets, resulting in increased qualified organic traffic and brand visibility in the competitive financial services sector
Successfully integrate SEO best practices into all marketing initiatives and content creation processes, ensuring sustainable organic growth that supports overall business acquisition goals
Establish scalable SEO frameworks and processes that effectively support both global consistency and regional customization needs across diverse market presence
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience:
At least 5 years of SEO experience.
Technical and Functional skills:
Proficient in SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Experience in creating or guiding SEO-optimized content.
Proven success in building and maintaining relationships for backlinks.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with content writers, developers and marketing teams.
