• Bachelor's degree or above 2 Years Working Experience in SEO.
• Able to read and write in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation, preferably in a team leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and inspire the SEO team.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A track record of driving measurable results and improving organic search performance for websites.

Responsibilities

• Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant websites. This includes outreach, guest posting, building relationships with influencers and webmasters, and creating shareable content that attracts natural backlinks.
• Content optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, ensuring IT is valuable, relevant, and engaging for users. This includes incorporating keywords naturally, improving readability, optimizing headers and subheadings, and aligning content with user search intent.
• Market Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
• Performance analysis and reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, user behavior, and conversion rates. Analyze data and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
• Staying updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, algorithm changes, and best practices in the SEO industry. This includes staying informed about emerging technologies and trends that could impact search engine rankings and organic visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with web developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies are implemented effectively and aligned with overall digital marketing efforts and larger business objectives.
