Job Description
:
- Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
- Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.
- Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items.
- Presenting customers with the menu, informing them of daily specials, and taking orders.
- Checking the quality of dishes before serving them.
- Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Taking payment from customers.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Sanitize all highly touched area, table & chairs frequently.
- Strictly adhering to food, hygiene, and safety standards.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Minimum two years working experience in the same capacity.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
- Experienced in steakhouse/ western is an added advantage.
- Able to work on shift.
- Experience operating a cash register and using ordering systems.
- Cheerful personalities and attention to details.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
