Job Description
'- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain drink and food items and make recommendations when required.
- Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system with minimal delay.
- Serve beverages and food items following H Bar service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service and respond promptly to any guest request or complaint.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned sections, tables, and bar floor.
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently for the next service.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared and restocked before and after service.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and waste management.
- Coordinate with bar, and kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Promote daily specials, signature cocktails, and premium upsell items.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
