Waiters/Waitresses
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure smooth operations during service hours, and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Taking Orders, presenting the menu, providing detailed information when asked, and making recommendations.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner.
3. Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
5. Cooperate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM / High School graduate or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage (but not mandatory).
3. Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Pleasant personality, energetic, and team-oriented.
5. Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
