Answer phone calls
Manage collection for servicing and ensure timely processing
Track customer service records
Monitor services and kept records up to date
Respond to customer's enquiry on service via mail, phone, or WhatsApp on a daily basis
Address complaints and resolved issues, ensuring customers were matched with better services
Provided support to other staff members as needed
Offer general administrative support as required
