Job Responsibilities
Act as the main contact between customers and the workshop team.
Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide professional advice.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Update customers on job progress and obtain approval for additional repairs if needed.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Ensure excellent after-service follow-up to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum SKM/ Diploma/ Degree in Automotive/Business or related field.
1-2 years of experience in the automotive service industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, service software).
