Job Description

Wang Loo Kia is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to manage customer check-ins, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure smooth after-sales service flow.

Perfect for candidates with customer service, receptionist, admin, or front-desk experience.

(No automotive experience required -- full training provided.)

Start date: 1st Jan 2026

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers at the service reception/front desk Assist with appointments, walk-ins, and vehicle check-in Open job sheets and collect vehicle information Communicate service updates to customers via phone/WhatsApp Coordinate with technicians & foreman on job progress Explain recommended services and obtain approval Prepare invoices, collect payments & assist with admin filing Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle simple enquiries Work fixed shift: Monday to Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,100 Incentive: After probation (based on FRT performance) Probation Period: 3 months Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual Leave + Medical Leave as per Employment Act Career Growth: Senior SA / Service Manager

Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills Experience in receptionist/front desk/customer service is an advantage Fresh graduates encouraged to apply Able to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) Computer-literate and willing to learn Training will be provided for all automotive processes
