Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Good command of English
Minimum 1 year of customer service, reservation, or call center experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if required)
Willing to work on-site in Penang
Responsibilities
Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries
Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies
Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered into the system
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
