1. Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. 2. Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection. 3. Handles customer complaints. 4. Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. 5. Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service. 6. Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers\' specifications. 7. Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. 8. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. 9. Maintains a professional appearance. 10. Keeps work area clean. 11. Achieved monthly target set Basic Salary : RM1700 - RM1900 Monthly Incentive : RM1000 - RM2500++ (Performance based incentive) We are looking for experience Service Advisor that looking to make income more than RM3000 per month. Willing to provide excellent service to the customer and will go extra miles to ensure customer satisfaction being meet and customer loyal to the dealership. Able to handle customer complaint with minimum assistance from the Management. Those excellent Advisor will be given opportunity to manage satellite workshop owned by the dealership in long run.
