Front liners at service center to attend customers from registration to post service follow up call and also to achieve individual target set by Service Center.
Job Functions and Areas of Responsibilities:
To comply on Customer Handling procedure especially in reception, delivery area or any other area related with customer and technical personnel.
To establish and maintain good customer relations by conducting service reminder and follow up.
To handle telephone inquiries (eg: appointment booking etc) and assist customers accordingly.
To inform and promote any new product/accessories or campaign available.
To monitor and update Customer Request Order based on policy
To assist HQ for any technical & service information required.
To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.
To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.
To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.
Experience
Proficient in computer applications, good speaking and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, customer oriented, able to handle stress effectively, to meet CS and all financial target given, good selling skill and technical skill.
Experience in automotive :
Min 1 year above
Education
: Min SPM
