At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive would be an advantage. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply as training will be provided
Must possess a valid driving license (Class D)
Good knowledge of car components
Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
Able to work independently and to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Computer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationship
Responsibilities
Primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage customer expectations regarding service delivery
To attend customer on servicing/warranty/repair requirement
To promote service and parts recommendation items
Managing appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs, and maintenance.
To communicate with customer and handle customer complaint
To conduct post servicing Follow Up
Ensure proper documentation is in accordance to vehicle possession
Ensure high customer satisfaction standard and maintaining good customer relations
To assist in managing fleet at the most cost-effective level and financial objectives are met as per guidelines & budgeted by company
Perform final check for delivery by conducting on-vehicle check of work done.
Clear job explanation of work done during delivery of vehicle to customer.
To perform any other duties as assigned
