Job Description

• At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive would be an advantage. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply as training will be provided
• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D)
• Good knowledge of car components
• Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
• Able to work independently and to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
• Computer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationship

• Primary point-of-contact for all automotive service and repair matters, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage customer expectations regarding service delivery
• To attend customer on servicing/warranty/repair requirement
• To promote service and parts recommendation items
• Managing appointments and scheduling of recalls, warranties, repairs, and maintenance.
• To communicate with customer and handle customer complaint
• To conduct post servicing Follow Up
• Ensure proper documentation is in accordance to vehicle possession
• Ensure high customer satisfaction standard and maintaining good customer relations
• To assist in managing fleet at the most cost-effective level and financial objectives are met as per guidelines & budgeted by company
• Perform final check for delivery by conducting on-vehicle check of work done.
• Clear job explanation of work done during delivery of vehicle to customer.
• To perform any other duties as assigned
