Job Description



Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and record vehicle information. Ensure high customer satisfaction by listening carefully, explaining repair orders, and obtaining approval for additional work. Provide accurate cost and time estimates and manage customer accounts. Ensure vehicles are ready within the promised timeframe and conduct thorough quality checks before delivery. Participate in special service campaigns, fix-it-right programs, follow-ups, parts backorders, and major job updates. Maintain professional grooming and appearance. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements



Minimum qualification: SKM Level II or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills

and professional appearance. Team player with initiative and a positive attitude toward learning. Own transportation and

valid Class D driving license.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Able to

commute daily to Semenyih.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
