Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and collect accurate vehicle details.
Enhance customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns, securing approval for additional work, and providing clear explanations of repair orders.
Prepare accurate cost and time estimates; assist in finalizing customer accounts.
Ensure vehicles are completed and ready for delivery within the committed timeframe.
Conduct quality checks on all vehicles before handover to maintain repair standards.
Participate in special service campaigns, Fix-It-Right programs, follow-ups, managing parts backorders, and providing updates on major repairs.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management or immediate superior.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SKM II or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
Strong communication skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude.
Must possess own transportation and a valid Class "D" driving license.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
