  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Supervising and monitoring skill
  • Passionate and self-driven.
  • Minimum SPM with 5 years of Hospitality experience (Airlines & Hotel).
  • Working experience in Sales & Service will be an added advantages.
  • Good in selling, negotiation and promotion skills.
  • Have own transportation.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
  • Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.

  • Main purpose of Service Ambassador is to relief to the Branch Manager, assumes responsibilities related to both operational and customer service aspects within the branch.
  • Promote company products to customer to achieve target set by Company.
  • Maintain and deliver excellent quality of customer service to internal and external customer.
  • To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations.
  • Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operations.
  • To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers.
  • To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.
  • To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
  • To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
