We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential.The current position offered will be Full-Time Retail Customer Service Ambassador (Malaysia) or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma certification
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
  • Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a strong team player
  • Able to converse fluently in English
  • Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
TanggungjawabRetail:
  • Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
  • Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally
  • Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets
  • Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience
  • Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns
  • Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly product and sales performance
  • Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity
  • Reporting to Retail & Community Manager
Customer service:
  • Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments
  • Contributing regularly to innovation and improvement of workflow between online and offline sales channels
  • Inspecting returned items and processing store credit refunds
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline
