Service Assistants / Caregivers

.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily assistance and personal care to elderly residents (bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility support). Monitor and record residents' conditions and report any changes to the nurse or supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents' rooms and common areas. Assist with serving meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition. Support residents' emotional and social well-being through companionship and positive engagement. Follow care procedures and infection control standards at all times. Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Certificate in caregiving, healthcare assistant, or nursing is an added advantage. Experience in elderly care, nursing home, or hospital setting preferred but

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

. Physically fit and emotionally patient in handling elderly residents. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Willing to work on shift/rotational basis, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
