Responsibilities:



Handle and coordinate all calls received by the Housekeeping Department, ensuring accurate recording, proper follow-up, and timely completion in line with Shangri-La standards.

Communicate guest requests and issues promptly to Service Managers, Service Leaders, or the Executive Housekeeper.

Maintain accurate records and documentation including telephone logs, guest loan items, lost and found, pest control, key and pager distribution, and other housekeeping reports.

Ensure proper filing and organization of all documentation and reports.

Record incoming and outgoing items from the housekeeping office and storerooms, and perform inventory checks accurately and on schedule.

Keep management informed of any guest complaints, emergencies, or unusual situations.



Requirements:



Articulate, pleasant, and well-presented.

Good command of English (oral and written); knowledge of a local language is an advantage.

Minimum completion of 12 years of schooling.

1-2 years of housekeeping experience preferred.

Computer literate and able to work independently with initiative and ownership.

Willing to work on shifts.
