Duties:

The Service Associate - Revenue Optimization is responsible to exceed in service delivery, optimize booking opportunities to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues & profit, and to promote customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills - verbal, written and analytical skills;
  • Knowledgeable in Opera PMS functions & applications;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel applications;
  • Knowledge in managing various distribution systems eg. Opera, GDS, Channel Manager etc. will be an advantage;
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent with Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in room reservations/call centre operations;
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
