Requirements:
Minimum Secondary School education with 2 years of work experience in the culinary field required
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Able to work in a
non-halal
environment.
