As a Service Crew Member at Sizzle Eatery, you'll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our customers. You'll handle both front-of-house and support duties -- from taking orders and serving food to maintaining cleanliness and assisting in daily operations. You'll also help promote the eatery by creating simple, engaging social media content that showcases our food, people, and atmosphere
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Operations & Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Assist in food preparation, plating, and packaging (if needed).
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Cashiering & Inventory:
Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
Assist in tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies.
Content Creation & Promotion:
Capture photos or short videos of dishes, daily specials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Create simple captions or stories for social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Collaborate with the management team on marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food service operations (experience is a plus).
Creative and comfortable using a smartphone for photo/video content.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
