Tanggungjawab Service Crew The Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. Baker The Baker / Senior Baker is responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This includes ensuring all baking equipment and baking area is clean prior to and post-production of any baked items and ensuring compliance with regulations. Kitchen Crew The Cook / Senior Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items. Preparation of daily mise en place.
