Responsibilities:

To provide a quality service to guest during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
To assist supervisor in supervising banquet operation especially on casual workers / part timers.
Execute new technique for food presentation in a manner and variety to maximize guest satisfaction.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene technique.
Ensure that function rooms are set-up in accordance with customer satisfaction by supervising set-up staff and inspecting function room.
Ensure readiness and compliance in case of last-minute changes to event orders.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in hotels, convention centre or hospitality industry.
Highly customer service-oriented background and able to interact with all levels of clients.
Able to look into details and offer alternatives to clients.
